I am having a similar problem with my 2000 dodge neon, but recently it has been jolting when i press on the gas, it shakes when it's idoling it even stalled today and shut off when i went in reverse. Could this all be because of a bad alternator or is the transmission going? I added transmission fluid today but it didn't help much
