2002 Pontiac Grand Am 2.2 Litre, Intermittent gauges

You responded to a previous question that intermittent gauges and lights are often caused by the ignition switch. After testing your advice I believe you are correct because when my gauges don't work and I push on the back of the switch the gauges start to work, and I've tried this many times and they always come on right away.
I looked up the ignition switch on car-stuff.com and they sell a Delco ignition switch. They also sell something called an ignition lock cylinder. I believe the part I need is Item #ACD1470E, which is the switch. Could you verify this and let me know if there is a trick to replacing it. The ignition assembly looks like it has much more to it then the picture of the switch itself from this website.

You should only need to replace the ignition switch itself and not necessarily the lock cylinder, however you could replace the lock cylinder too.
