Additional Info

Also, it does this when my car is idling. It seems like the problem persists even when I'm not on the clutch. The only way I can get the noise to stop is if I apply little pressure to my clutch. Would that be happening too if only my bearing is out?

Steve Says,

Thanks for adding the additional information. It changes everything. It is quite likely that this problem is coming from the pilot bearing or bushing that is located in the end of the crankshaft. It still could be the throwout bearing, but either way a clutch job should take care of the problem.
